Electronic Line Technician (m/f/d)

Forming part of the Product Testing Team within the Quality Assurance Department, the Electronics Line Technician main responsibilities include:

• Providing technical support to Production and other departments in troubleshooting of electronic issues, including carrying out fault analysis of internal failed units as well as client returns.
• Training and mentoring junior technicians and testing operators.
• Collecting and analysing First Pass Yield data and liaise with Engineering and Production departments to drive improvements and corrective actions to reach the assigned First Pass Yield targets.

• A technical qualification at a Diploma level or equivalent combination of education and experience (EQF Level 4 or higher).
• At least 2 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to communicate well in English.
• Personal qualities of drive, energy, and enthusiasm.
• Basic Understanding of Mechanical Systems.
