EMS Line Technician (m/f/d)

Forming part of the Electronics Manufacturing Services team, the EMS Technician will be responsible for Programming, Equipment Setup, Maintenance of production machinery, and other ad hoc responsibilities. The jobholder provides Technical Support to the EMS Department to improve overall production Efficiency and Quality. 

Skills and Experience required:

• Coordinate and document the introduction of new raw materials related to EMS manufacturing;
• Delivering Training to non-technical persons and operators who are not familiar the Department processes;
• Programming and Setting-up Production Machinery;
• Prototype set-up and running of new products, including required reporting;
• Generation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs);
• Understanding the need of Clients by filtering the Product Documentation;
• Optimization of Setups and Procedures, hence, reduce labour time and product cost.;
• Monitor department Process yields and Scrap;
• Set-up Preventive Maintenance schedules and procedures for machinery;
• Calibration and troubleshooting of SMT equipment;
• Perform Other tasks as Required;
• Experience in Electronics Manufacturing especially in the THT Assembly will be given preference;
