The Personal Assistant provides administrative and personal support to the Production-Operations Manager. The ideal candidate for this role is someone who can multitask effectively, communicate clearly, and handle confidential information with discretion. The PA should also have a proactive and flexible approach to the job, anticipating the needs of the Operations Manager and Operations Department and adapting to different situations and demands.
- Managing calendars, appointments, travel arrangements, and expenses
- Preparing and editing correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents
- Conducting research, compiling data, and providing information as requested
- Handling phone calls, emails, and other inquiries as and when required
- Organizing and maintaining files, records, and databases as required
- Running errands and performing personal tasks as needed
- Coordinating with other colleagues, customers, suppliers, and external parties
- Ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the Operations team through active support of its activities
