- Order verification
- Order entry, scheduling and tracking
- You will conduct written and telephone correspondence with our customers regarding existing and new orders
- You conduct written and telephone correspondence with the forwarding service companies
- Creation and maintenance of customer data in the CRM and ERP system
- Issue confirmations of entry
- Delivery note and invoice creation
- Ideally, knowledge of the export business

REQUIREMENTS
- You have completed commercial training or comparable training with professional experience in order processing
- You have a good understanding of business relationships
- You impress with your quick comprehension, care and independent work
- You have an open-minded and committed personality
- You have experience in using ERP/CRM and MS Office (ideally SAGE ERP)
- You speak English fluently
