Michael Seifert invests in new company

The second quarter of 2021 begins with good news for the Seifert Group, which is another important building block for the further development and expansion of market shares. The Austrian market was previously handled by Seifert Systems Malta and Seifert Systems Germany.

In order to provide the best possible service to customers' inquiries and to the growing business, a separate company was founded on April 1st, 2021 located near Ottnang am Hausruck in Upper Austria.

The management of the new company is shared by Dipl.-Ing. (FH) Markus Zenz and Dipl. Ing., Dipl.-Wirt.-Ing. Lars Platzhoff. Together they have more than 15 years of experience in the field of industrial air conditioning. Markus Zenz is now available as a contact person for Austrian customers and partners. In the past six years, Mr. Zenz worked in the field of air conditioning of electrical enclosure and machines thus knows the market, its future customers and their individual requirements.

Seifert Systems GmbH in Austria as a family company

The tradition of a family run business always plays a special role in the Seifert company. Michael Seifert is therefore particularly pleased that Andrea Zenz, Markus Zenz's wife, is also actively supporting the new GmbH.

"My wife and I are very grateful to have the opportunity to look after the customers in our home country with an own GmbH and also to develop ourselves as entrepreneurs" says the 43-year-old from Upper Austria. “We received a very warm welcome from our colleagues throughout the Seifert group of companies.

The fact that it is very important for Mr. Seifert to welcome us personally in these special times, makes us look forward even more to start working. It feels like a big family that is passionate about one thing! "

Expansion and further development

The Seifert company, founded in 1965 by Ing. Rolf Seifert, ventilates, cools, dehumidifies, heats, regulates and illuminates electrical enclosures in mechanical engineering, telecommunications, medical technology as well as for challenging environments like the food processing and automation industry.

Especially when it comes to individual and specific customer requirements, the company is known for its special solutions and services in the above-mentioned industries and markets. “By founding our own company in Austria, we are putting a great deal of trust and courage with the certainty that our 2025 strategy will be fulfilled. We are founding a family business in a family business here. Thanks to the Zenz couple, we are staying true to the company's history of family-run companies", says Michael Seifert.
